Sweet & Refreshing Green Juice
This green juice is naturally sweet, vibrant, and packed with nutrients to energise your day.
You can enjoy it as a morning pick-me-up, a mid-day boost, or anytime you want a fresh, hydrating treat.
If you prefer a less sweet juice, simply remove the pineapple and/or use one apple instead of two.
Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

1 pineapple, peeled

2 apples (or 1 apple for a less sweet version)

1 large cucumber

1 lemon, peeled

1 handful kale
-
1 small handful parsley

1 small handful mint
Directions

Prepare the Ingredients

Wash all produce thoroughly.

Peel the pineapple and lemon.

Juice the Ingredients

Add pineapple, apples, cucumber, lemon, kale, parsley, and mint to your juicer.

Juice until smooth and well combined.

Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient content.
