Sweet & Refreshing Green Juice

This green juice is naturally sweet, vibrant, and packed with nutrients to energise your day.

You can enjoy it as a morning pick-me-up, a mid-day boost, or anytime you want a fresh, hydrating treat.

If you prefer a less sweet juice, simply remove the pineapple and/or use one apple instead of two.

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  • 1 pineapple, peeled

  • 2 apples (or 1 apple for a less sweet version)

  • 1 large cucumber

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 1 handful kale

  • 1 small handful parsley

  • 1 small handful mint




Directions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    • Wash all produce thoroughly.

    • Peel the pineapple and lemon.

  2. Juice the Ingredients

    • Add pineapple, apples, cucumber, lemon, kale, parsley, and mint to your juicer.

    • Juice until smooth and well combined.

  3. Serve

    • Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient content.

 

Notes:

  • Adjust sweetness by reducing apples if desired.

  • Drink immediately or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

  • Perfect for pairing with breakfast or as a midday energizer.
