Sweet & Refreshing Green Juice
This green juice is naturally sweet, vibrant, and packed with nutrients to energise your day.
You can enjoy it as a morning pick-me-up, a mid-day boost, or anytime you want a fresh, hydrating treat.
If you prefer a less sweet juice, simply remove the pineapple and/or use one apple instead of two.
Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
- 1 pineapple, peeled
- 2 apples (or 1 apple for a less sweet version)
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 handful kale
- 1 small handful parsley
- 1 small handful mint
Directions
Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Peel the pineapple and lemon.
Juice the Ingredients
- Add pineapple, apples, cucumber, lemon, kale, parsley, and mint to your juicer.
- Juice until smooth and well combined.
Serve
- Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient content.
Notes:
- Adjust sweetness by reducing apples if desired.
- Drink immediately or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 72 hours. Stir well when you take it out of the fridge as juice separation does happen after a few minutes of sitting aside.
- Perfect for pairing with breakfast or as a midday energiser.
