Ruby Citrus Fire Juice

This was an extraordinary juice that needs to be shared. It is a juice that I intend to come back to again and again, and so will you! 

It's a fantastic way to break your fast first in the morning. It's rich in vitamin C, antioxidants (polyphenols and flavonoids), and very hydrating with plenty of natural sugars to get you feeling energised and magnetic first thing in the day. 

If you prefer a less sweet juice, add one less orange or remove the apple entirely.



 

Ingredients (Serves 1)

- 3 large oranges, peeled

- 1 beetroot

- 1 pink lady apples (or 2 apples for a more sweet version)

- 3-inch piece of ginger

- 22 red grapes



Directions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

- Wash all produce thoroughly.

- Peel the oranges.

 

2. Juice the Ingredients

- Add oranges, apple, ginger and grapes.

- Juice until smooth and well combined.

3. Serve

- Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient content.

 

Notes:

- Adjust sweetness by reducing or adding apples if desired.

- Drink immediately or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

- Perfect for a light breakfast or as a mid-afternoon energiser.
